I had some scaffolding fitted, and who knew, it blocked my satellite dish which was a right pain. I messaged TAS that evening around 10pm and by 8:30am the following day had a reply and offer to come that day to sort. I looked for someone to replace my sky LNB to a wideband that could allow me watch both FreeSat or Sky, I searched on Checkatrade and TAS were the ones coming bakc to me. I spoke on the phone with Ben and he said that he need to come to my house for a quote, we agreed to meet on Friday. He arrived bang on time and had a look. Initially he gave me a quote that was much higher than the others so I told him that I need to check with others, 2 hours later he got back to me with a lower offer that I gladly accepted, we scheduled to do the job on Monday and like before, they arrived bang on time, both Ben and Tony were very professional, walking me through the process and how to amend the connection if I needed to but offered to come back free of charge if I didn't want to do it myself. I highly recommend them for any kind of aerial work you have.
